Job
Summary
We are seeking a highly
motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our
global team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital
acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal
candidate is a hands-on digital native with a proven track record
in managing performance ads across key platforms, crafting
effective customer communications, and leveraging data to optimize
the user journey from discovery to booking and beyond. You will be
a crucial player in scaling our digital footprint and enhancing our
direct booking channel.
Key
Responsibilities
Digital
Advertising & Acquisition :
Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end performance
marketing campaigns for multiple markets across Meta, Google Ads
(Search, Display, Video, KOLs), and other relevant digital
channels.
Identify, negotiate with, and manage
relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to
amplify brand awareness and drive conversions.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A / B
tests, and optimize based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI
and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).
Manage
the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and
spend.
Track and report performance across
campaigns
CRM & Lifecycle
Marketing :
Execution of CRM programs
to drive customer loyalty, repeat bookings, and lifetime
value.
Create and manage workflow to drive
efficient leads management process for the sales team
Segment the customer database and create personalized
automated email & SMS marketing journeys (e.g., welcome series,
lead follow-ups, win-back campaigns).
Design,
code, and deploy engaging eDMs (electronic Direct Mail) using our
CRM platform
Analyze campaign performance and
provide regular reports on key metrics like open rates,
click-through rates, and conversion
rates.
Internal Marketing
Communications (MarCom) :
Act as the
central hub for internal marketing communications, ensuring brand
consistency and message alignment across all digital
touchpoints.
Create compelling content and
assets for eDMs, internal newsletters, and other communication
materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders
across country sales teams, legal & compliance, and hotel
operations to ensure timely and effective campaign
rollouts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design,
or a related field.
Experience in financial or
real estate a good to have.
Minimum of
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a
holistic digital marketing role.
Essential Platform
Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in Meta Business
Suite and Google Ads. Experience with TikTok Ads is a
plus.
Essential CRM
Experience : Proven experience in managing CRM
campaigns. Experience with customer segmentation and marketing
automation is required.
Design
Skills : UI / UX sensibilities with hands-on experience
using design and prototyping tools such as Figma,
Adobe XD, or Sketch . Ability to create visually
appealing assets for digital ads and emails is a must.
Experience in Google
Analytics
Experience in
sourcing, managing, and reporting on KOL / influencer
campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with
proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and data interpretation to inform
marketing decisions.
Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling
copy for different audiences and channels.
