Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff
Control food cost, inventory, and wastage
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene standards
Coordinate with management on menu planning and kitchen efficiency
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as a Chief Cook / Head Cook
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to manage a kitchen team efficiently
Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
Able to work under pressure and long hours
Responsible, disciplined, and leadership skills required
