Job descriptionLead full cycle recruitment processes, resume review and sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing, and managing the candidate experience from end to end Utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling. Accurately post advertisments on all available job seeking platforms to attract potential talents Identifying and assessing candidate pool; managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process Liaise with hiring managers to create compelling offers; providing a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful Pitching company's services to potential clients / hiring managers to establish business relationships (business development) Administrative and filling duties Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Annual company bonding events and quarterly motivational workshops Great rewards for your dedicated hard work Big and cohesive divisions with great team spirit Comprehensive Training Dynamic Working environment Exciting opportunities to develop a rewarding career Min.
