Interior Detailer / Drafter - D03 Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and develop drawings and details for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using AutoCAD
• Create schedules and drawing lists for proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and software to maintain strong technical competency
• Produce detailed drawings and technical specifications for elevations, materials, masonry, ironmongery, millwork, carpentry, and fitting-out works, from initial sketches to final outputs
• Support the design team by clarifying design details to the construction team or subcontractors when required
• Provide assistance with general and ad-hoc drafting tasks in AutoCAD as needed.
• Support general drafting tasks and produce drawings from SketchUp files
• Possess knowledge of M&E / MEP drafting and ISO 9001 standards will be considered an advantage
