Job Descriptions
- Assist & attend to visitors enquires.
- Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives to promote self-care.
- Facilitating and planning for programmes, liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.
- Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
- Provide administrative support as and when required.
- Frontline operation, assists patient registration, bookings of appointments & billing duties.
Requirement
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
