Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1. General administrative work, including data entry, filing, upload ERP.
2. Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationery, office items, etc.
3. Handle various administrative duties such as petty cash claims, training schedules, and training requests.
4. Submission of documents, drawings, letters,s and creating transmittal.
5. Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information.
6. Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents to internal and external parties.
7. Handle general office administration duties, including managing of office supplies
8. Update Monthly Expense to contract team
