Job Description

- Position Title : Admin cum Accounts Assistant
- Working Location : Bukit Batok
- Working Hours : 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
- Salary Package : Basic $2,300 - $2,500
- Duration : Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and expense claimsManage petty cash and staff reimbursementsMaintain accurate financial recordsAssist with bank reconciliationsPrepare financial reportsSupport shipping documentationReconcile accounts with local and overseas subsidiariesUse Xero accounting softwareAnswer calls and route enquiriesHandle office administrationMaintain office filing systemsProvide general administrative support to staffAssist with travel arrangementsDraft and prepare letters and emailsAPPLY NOW!!!
Secondary school / ITE or equivalent; accounting-related studies are a plusExperience in accounting and administrative support rolesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and XeroExperience with other accounting software is a plusFamiliar with office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods :
