Position Title : Warehouse Manager
Working Location : Tuas
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon to Fri : 8 : 30am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package : Up to $5500 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring all deliveries are executed with precision and punctuality.

Handle billing processes, ensuring punctual executions.

Maintain adherence to all legal, customs, and industry regulations concerning warehousing, materials handling, shipping, and safety.

Engage actively in all audits including Quality, Safety, and Customer-related.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular physical counts and reconciliation with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Maintain and manage the condition and functionality of all company assets.

Lead and foster the growth and development of all warehouse personnel.

Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.

Experience in warehouse design and setup will be considered an advantage.

A Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is required.

Must be proactive, with strong leadership and project management skills.
