Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements :
- Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
- Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, building codes, and client specifications
- Lead a team of project staff
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Company
Responsibilities :
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.A valid Structural Steel Engineers (StEr) certificate is preferredAt least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Experience in Structural Steel & Metal works will be preferredExperience in managing deliverables and milestones to be on time / within budget / meeting business needsGood people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the projectPossess good problem-solving skillsTell employers what skills you have
