Job descriptionProvide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations. Ensure the integration of SAP FICO modules with other relevant modules and external systems. Financial Process Improvement : Design and implement improvements to financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Project Management : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project resources effectively. Technical Expertise : Provide expert advice on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration to solve complex business challenges. User Training and Support : Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues, answer queries, and troubleshoot technical problems. Documentation and Reporting : Generate regular reports on system performance, process efficiency, and project status for management review. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. SAP Certification is a strong plus. Proven experience in team leadership and people management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective SAP FICO solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management :
Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to address complex business requirements.
Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining using SAP FICO capabilities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, staying current with industry trends, updates, and best practices.
Develop and deliver training programs to end users, ensuring their proficiency in using SAP FICO functionalities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and solutions.
