Job descriptionNitec in electronics / engineering with at least 1 years of manufacturing experience in electromechanical assemblies. Cleaning parts using degreaser machine Candidate must be able to carry items weighing up to 20 kg Must be able to read and understand manufacturing documentation including assembly drawings, testing documentation, part drawings, and electronic schematics. Knowledge of automation components such as motors, pneumatics, encoders, sensors, and lead screws. Good with the hands to handle delicate electronic components. Ability to communicate effectively, oral or written. Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Team player.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Assembles, wires, and adjusts prototype, pilot or production units using different levels of assembly documentation and a wide range of tools.
- Build instruments per configuration, work orders and integrate instruments with highest quality workmanship.
- Performs pretesting based on bath written and verbal procedures at the product and subassembly level.
- Makes any necessary changes to assembly documentation using red line process.
- Recommends process improvements to increase overall efficiency and to clarify areas of uncertainty during system builds.
- Assists Manufacturing Team in troubleshooting existing product lines.
