Site Supervisor (Construction)

Job descriptionITE certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering fields Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry Prior experience supervising site workers preferred Familiar with project scheduling and rostering A strong team leader with good coordination and communication skills Hands-on and willing to support operational work when necessary Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate day-to-day work activities at project sites
- Schedule tasks and manage workers' duty rosters
- Supervise and lead a team of site workers
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Carry out on-site rectification and support work when needed
- Implement and maintain safety measures
- Attend site meetings and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Transport workers to and from job sites (company vehicle provided)
