Job description

Work arrangement : hybrid Basic salary range : SGD 8,000 - 11,000 Tech in Asia is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and analytical Head of Sales. The responsibilities of the post include building strategic relationships with our partners, overseeing daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing and analyzing sales reports, as well as designing and implementing effective sales strategies. To be successful at the job, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive individual salesperson success which leads up to overall team and company’s success.  A top-notch Head of Sales at Tech in Asia should have an in-depth knowledge of the digital media space as well as excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. You should be able to operate not just independently but also across teams, and having a deep fascination with tech is a big plus. Responsibilities : Build strategic relationships with our clients Smash our sales target Use data and logic to constantly identify areas of improvements in our sales pipeline Develop sprints and experiments to test product-market fit and meet sales goals Recruit and hire sales staff and create training programs Manage the sales team and operations Outline and manage sales budgets Set quarterly and annual sales goals and lead the sales team to achieve their goals Review customer activity and anticipate customer and market needs Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team at company meetings Work cross-functionally with the rest of our Studios team Understand how to creatively package multimedia branded content products (articles, visuals, video, ads, virtual events, face-to-face events, sponsorship, etc.) to meet complex client challenges Requirements : 3+ years experience in a sales leadership position, with 5+ years experience in sales Startup leadership experience is a plus A hungry, can-do attitude - someone who often hits sales targets Data-driven, logical, and comfortable with using technology to drive improvements in the sales pipeline In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as employee motivation techniques Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills Great organizational, strategic planning, and creative thinking skills Ready to take a hands-on approach with clients and the team, and happiest in a fast-paced environment Strong English communication skills You must be based in Singapore.
