Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products
- Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services
- Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals
Requirements :
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or sales role (clinic / spa / healthcare background preferred)Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skillsConfident, motivated, and sales-driven personalityAble to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)Willing to work weekends and public holidays if requiredTell employers what skills you have
