Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinate project planning, resource management, and progress reporting, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Manage cost control, risk assessments, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
Lead site teams and subcontractors in executing large-scale projects, resolving technical and operational issues.
Prepare and review contract documents, project proposals, and progress claims.
Liaise with international clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years' experience managing construction projects, preferably with international project exposure or in overseas markets.
Proven track record handling projects worth over S$1 million.
Strong proficiency in English; additional Asian language(s) a plus.
Certified in international project management standards (e.g., PMP, FIDIC, etc.) preferred.
Willingness to travel / work abroad as needed.
