Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading player dedicated to transforming built environments across APAC. Their expertise lies in seamless system integration, AI-powered analytics, and sustainable operations. Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Architect bespoke solutions that align with customer objectives, leveraging our cutting-edge AI-driven building management system.
Pre-Sales Enablement : Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.
Customer Engagement : Partner with clients to understand their challenges, goals, and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
Value Communication : Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and competitive advantage of proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ensure alignment and seamless execution of client solutions with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Requirements :

5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, ideally within the built environment or tech sectors.

Technical proficiency in building management systems (BMS), AI / ML technologies, or related domains.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to craft solutions that are technically sound and aligned with client business goals.

Solid understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development.

Industry knowledge of BAS, BMS, SCADA, or other building management technologies is preferable

Domain experience in the built environment, real estate development, or facilities management is preferable

Sales expertise with knowledge of sales cycles and customer engagement best practices is preferable
