Job Description
- Act as the Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives to meet business objectives and goals. This includes Business-IT roadmap planning and tracking to ensure good progress in strategic initiatives.
- Lead solutioning effort and help define end-to-end solutions to meet the desired business objectives and / or gain competitive advantage in the industry.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, market trends and industry best practices to influence the desired outcomes.
- Collaborate / work with Product Owners and IT Teams to produce high quality project deliverables and support post-implementation issues.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, regulatory changes and technology to continuously monitor the business needs and identify opportunities to innovate / enhance the products and services to clients.
Role Requirements
Proven product, business analysis and digital transformation experience in Trading Products & Solutions – Global Equities, Futures & Forex Markets etc.Well-versed in industry developments and trends.Strong analytical skills – able to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – able to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong interpersonal skills – able to liaise with stakeholders to provide creative / alternative solutions to address business problems and generate new ideas.Strong team player – able to take ownership and deliver independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.Experience driving digital initiatives with Business and Operations as a Scrum Master or Product Owner will be an advantage.What We Offer
