Role Overview
As a Solution Consultant (APAC), you’ll be a key pre‑sales expert supporting commercial growth and establishing technical trust with crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and fintechs, focusing on compliance teams. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success in Singapore to understand client needs, pinpoint challenges, and show how the products tackle real‑world AML, sanctions, and risk issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demos and best‑practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise product trials and PoC engagements, ensuring measurable value and adoption.
- Support pre‑sales activities, advising on new business and upsell opportunities.
- Map and analyze complex client workflows, demonstrating product fit and compliance expertise.
- Run discovery calls to identify compliance, operational, and regulatory needs.
- Explain technical features in clear, commercial terms to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Maintain and optimise demo processes and materials.
- Have strong command of API and integration capabilities to answer customer questions.
- Create and execute implementation plans based on client compliance and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges to maximize product adoption and "stickiness."
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests, showing competitive edge.
- Serve as a technical contact for strategic partners, supporting integrations and co‑selling efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Intelligence, and Research teams to refine use cases and create sales content.
- Work with policy experts to address local regulations relevant to target clients.
Requirements
3–6+ years in SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre‑Sales (crypto / blockchain, fintech, or regtech).Knowledge of crypto compliance (AML, sanctions, VASPs, MiCA).Track record of running successful demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise cycles.Experience with APIs, integration workflows, and implementation for enterprise clients.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.Strong discovery, consultative, and relationship‑building skills.Focus on continuous improvement and optimising demo environments and workflows.Mandarin fluency is required due to client base.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
