What we ask
To become the R&D Manager Packaging Development, you are / have :
- Master’s degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the FMCG sector in the field of food packaging technologies like metal cans, sachets, pouches and PET bottles.
- Proven leadership experience in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Passionate about sustainability and innovation
