About the Role :
The role supports key HR initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and governance across the hospital. It focuses on driving a fair performance culture, enhancing staff experience, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
What you'll be doing
- Support the full performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, promotions, and appeal cases
- Prepare and analyse performance data to provide insights for management decisions
- Coordinate moderation sessions and ensure timely completion of performance submissions
- Partner HR teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency, and strong communication throughout the process
- Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, analyse feedback, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
- Support the rollout of engagement initiatives and pulse surveys to build a connected and motivated workforce
- Manage annual Conflict of Interest and Compliance Leave exercises, ensuring alignment with governance standards
- Provide guidance on HR policies and escalate potential conflict cases where necessary
- Contribute to HR projects and process enhancements that improve operational excellence and staff experience
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource / Business or related studies4 - 5 years of similar working experience in HR operations / performance management / employee engagement, preferably in healthcare settingStrong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail and follow-throughConfident communicator who can build trust and collaborate effectively across departmentsResourceful, proactive, and adaptable to the fast-paced and evolving needs of a healthcare environmentPassionate about fostering a fair, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultureInterested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click " Apply Now " button.
