Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead initiatives across governance, supply chain risk, and sustainable finance. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, operational resilience, and strategic sustainability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including operational, financial, and ESG-related risks.
Drive sustainable finance strategies, including ESG integration, climate risk assessment, and sustainable investment advisory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management and sustainability into business processes.
Monitor regulatory developments in Singapore and the region, ensuring proactive compliance.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on risk, governance, and sustainability performance.

Requirements / Critical Skills :

Proven experience in governance, risk management, supply chain risk, or sustainable finance.

Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, climate risk assessments, and sustainable investment principles.

Analytical skills to evaluate complex risk scenarios and recommend mitigation strategies.

Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting in Singapore or the APAC region.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA Climate Risk, ISO 31000, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
