As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Luxury Watch Sales Associates to join our team.

What You’ll Do

✅ Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.

✅ Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.

✅ Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.

✅ Maintain accurate customer records.

✅ Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in luxury watches or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.

✅ Passionate about learning watch brands and technical details.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Friendly, confident, and enjoys helping customers.

✅ Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
