Job Responsibilities
You need to manage end-to-end sales process for private, corporate, and branded event bookings, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Develop, pitch, and tailor event packages, incorporating upsell options such as F&B and advertising. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporates, agencies, and media partners, to encourage repeat business and referrals. Proactively generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Able to collaborate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Marketing) to ensure seamless handover and execution of events. You need to provide excellent pre-sale customer service and post-event client engagement to gather feedback for continuous improvement. You need to maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and bookings using available systems. You need to report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide market intelligence. Job Requirements
You must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, entertainment, or venue management. You must have proven track record of closing large-scale or complex deals, and to manage multiple client inquiries and meet sales targets. You must have a strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You must a well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end sales tasks. You must a comfortable engaging with B2B clients and tailoring solutions to meet event needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event requirements. You must have an ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with a diverse portfolio of clients and partners, including those from Chinese-speaking markets.
