Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to both technical and construction teams on all design-related matters.
• Review and verify technical documentation and drawings for project compliance.
• Liaise closely with consultants to align scope of services, design deliverables, and ensure constructability and efficiency on-site.
• Manage the design approval process and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all designs strictly comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report potential risks or issues that may affect project performance to management and project teams.
• Assist the tender team in preparing technical documentation and specifications for civil and structural project bids, when assigned.
