Looking for an opportunity to join an award winning boutique Lighting Design practice in Singapore?

Limelight is a homegrown lighting design consultancy in Singapore and are committed to design excellence in all our projects.

The Role

You will own projects end to end from concept through testing and commissioning,, coordinating with Client / architects / IDs / consultants / contractors. This is a hands on role for someone who loves both design narratives and site realities.

What you'll bring

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• You should have worked in a Lighting Design Consultancy , M&E consultancy, for at least 3 years , with demonstrable - records / portfolio in projects of various scale and typology.
• You are responsible, resilient, willing to learn and strife for excellence, you take pride and ownership in your work.
• Be the main project interface : set agendas, align stakeholders, manage expectations, prepare minutes of meetings, and relay task clearly to the design team
• Uphold quality, programme, and time targets; foresee risks and de-escalate issues early
• directing and review internal team’s deliverables for accuracy, buildability, and compliance
• You will be highly proficient to review and respond to contractor’s RFI / RFA , shop drawings submission
• Maintain strong, regular site presence to address constraints, co-ordinations, resolve site challenges, testing and commissioning, review mock-ups, and performance verifications.
• You should minimally process a Diploma / Degree from Institutions or Universities of Good Standing in Lighting / Architecture / Landscape Design / Interior Design / Electrical Engineering.
• You are highly competent in Autocad, Dialux Evo, Microsoft Office, Project management tools.
