Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development : Promote and sell vacuum pumps, systems, spare parts, and services
Meet individual and team sales targets
Expand market presence in sectors such as food, healthcare, chemicals, semiconductors, and electronics
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Customer Support & Technical Solutions : Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
Provide product demonstrations and training
Address post-sales technical issues and coordinate with internal teams
Team Collaboration & Strategy : Support and mentor sales colleagues
Contribute to sales forecasting and performance reporting
Participate in strategic planning and KPI reviews
Market & Contract Analysis : Conduct competitive pricing and market research
Review customer specifications and contracts
