Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Scanning, renaming, and physical / digital filing of OTPs;
  • Compiling digital copies of personal identification for the law firm;
  • Renaming sales documents downloaded from Showsuite by unit;
  • Scanning, physical and digital filing of SPAs;
  • Sorting and packing of signed SPAs to be returned to the law firm;
  • Sorting and filing of completed “Onboarding AML / CDD DocuSign” documents

Requirements

  • Min. O Levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
