Arup is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join its MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic Building Services) team, with a focus on aviation and complex infrastructure projects. This senior role combines design leadership and project delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the infrastructure lifecycle. The successful candidate will also mentor emerging talent and contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives. The Opportunity

Apply multidisciplinary design skills to resolve complex technical challenges, coordinating effectively with structural, civil, and architectural teams. Lead technical reviews and quality assurance processes for MEP components, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery models including direct client engagements, alliances, and design-and-construct methods. Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering design leadership and professional development. Support business development activities, contribute to bids, and build internal networks to expand the Planning and Design team’s influence. Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic engineering or a related building services discipline. 10 to 15 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a strong portfolio in aviation and complex precincts. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, including experience as Project Manager. Expertise in constructability, procurement strategies, and full lifecycle project management.
