Delivery Head
As a Delivery Head, he / she is responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM / BI / Data & AI projects based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple domains and clients. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects, handling client relationships, supporting sales proposals, and managing escalations to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. The candidate works closely with both internal of R Systems and client stakeholders from requirements gathering through full implementation and must demonstrate capacity to encourage and sustain delivery of quality work.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, processes and tools that support enhancements in productivity, efficiency, issue resolution and cost.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with business development activities or thought leadership in support of common objectives and priorities.
- Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks, while monitoring, reporting and responding to issues and risks associated with the project
- Provide delivery oversight and governance across multiple engagements, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure availability of detailed project work plan, change management plan, traceable requirements, appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes.
- Manage R Systems and subcontractor staff assigned to the project
- Work closely with the pre-sales and solutioning teams to support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and project metrics, reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and / or ERP project delivery roles.Proven track record of managing multiple Dynamics 365 projects across various industries.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM).Experience in project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.Solid knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and handling escalations effectively.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.Experience supporting RFPs / proposals and leading client workshops or demos.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Project Management certification.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.Experience with Azure and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.Prior experience working with regional or global delivery models.Tell employers what skills you have
