Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate timely arrival of spares to meet flowchart target
- Coordinate the arrangement of component loans or exchanges
- Liaising with customers, stakeholders and material department to provide solutions for all materials issues
- Prepare purchasing requisition for repair or procurement
- Create and update maintenance plans to meet compliance requirements
- Plan maintenance checks and prepare work packages
- Implement and monitor customer’s programs for modifications, special inspections and component removals
- Verify and confirm work requirements meet customer’s contractual, statutory and technical specifications
- Maintain configuration of customer’s rotables on aircraft & engines using the computerized database
- Preferred knowledge / experience in suite of TRAX application in Aviation Maintenance and Engineering such as eMRO, eMobility etc.
- Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance check planning for AIRBUS and / or BOEING commercial aircraft.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and able to adapt to new software applications quickly.
- Perform data import, population, verification and assignment in TRAX environment and MS Excel.
- Confident to engage and work with people of different levels.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Minimum qualification Diploma in Aerospace Technology or equivalent
- Completed relevant Aircraft Servicing / Maintenance vocational training, local or overseas
- Work location is in the East
- Must be able to work shift
