Roles & Responsibilities

The restaurant supervisor must ensure that the restaurant is neat and presentable, as the restaurant's appearance directly influences customer perception of the establishment's quality. A restaurant head captain ensures that all centerpieces are on the tables properly and that linens, silverware and glasses are clean.

Restaurant captains often have a managerial role. It is their job to ensure all hosts and waiters are adequately trained, informed of the restaurant's policies and knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials.

Job Responsibilities :

• Help achieve financial targets.
• Lead the team during shifts and ensure we maintain our service standards.
• Hand out menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Set tables and keep the restaurant clean.
• Serve food and drinks.
• Follow guidance from managers.
• Help with cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
