Job description

Responsible for installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair of scientific equipment

Prepare service test report and IQ / OQ documents for customers

Prepare service quotation for maintenance and repair works

Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales engineers

Liaising with principals or suppliers for technical issues

To take ownership for all assigned projects and assist in other jobs when required
