We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

Who we're looking for

Counsellors :

Minimum Postgrad Diploma, and;
Achieved 600 hours of face-to-face counselling, and;
Completed 60 hours clinical supervision, and;

Registered with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), with full membership.

Clinical Psychologists :

Masters in Clinical Psychology, and;

Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), with valid registration.

AND

Have minimum 3 years of working experience with adult clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes;

Experience with EAP would be an added bonus;

Keen interest in the application of digital technology;

Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care;

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay; Mandarin would be an added bonus.

What you'll do

Provide support and care for the public, corporate clients, and patients digitally;

Provide holistic mental and physical health support to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self;

Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goals;

Work with other coaches from other specialties within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the members.

Able to start immediately.

Part-time and flexible working hours.

Continued education and training provided.
