We are seeking a

talented and motivated Architectural

Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with

at least 2 years of professional experience to contribute to a

diverse range of architectural projects, from conceptual design to

construction documentation.

Key

Responsibilities :

Assist in the development of design concepts and

architectural drawings

Prepare presentations,

reports, and documentation for design submissions and regulatory

approvals

Coordinate with consultants,

contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and

construction phases

Participate in site

visits, inspections, and client meetings

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations,

and industry best

practices

Requirements :

Bachelor / Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent

from a recognized institution

Minimum 2 years

of relevant working experience in Singapore

Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Adobe Creative

Suite, and Microsoft Office

Strong

understanding of local building codes, regulations, and submission

processes

Good design sense, attention to

detail, and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within

a team

Strong communication and presentation

skills
