Job descriptionSupport airline cargo sales and secure bookings Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics clients Gain exposure to airline operations and logistics processes Promote cargo capacity and secure client bookings Liaise with airline partners, operations, and clients for smooth cargo movement Monitor market trends, rates, and space availability Prepare sales reports and follow up on client requests Support senior sales team to achieve targets Minimum 1 year of experience in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or airline / GSA support GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field Knowledge of airfreight processes in Singapore Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and in a team Hands-on experience in air cargo sales and logistics operations Structured on-the-job training and career development
Roles & Responsibilities
Cargo Sales Officer – Air Cargo / Logistics
- Location : Changi, Singapore
- Salary : S$2,400 – S$3,000 / month + AWS & performance-based incentives
- Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
