Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Understand business requirements, identify architecture drivers, and define functional / non-functional requirements.
2. Create and review technical design documents to ensure systems are built, tested, and operated per standards and best practices.
3. Provide technical feasibility assessments and project scoping.
4. Oversee the full project life cycle (in-house and contract-based development).
5. Manage stakeholder interactions to achieve project goals.
6. Build and guide the development team, define and enhance processes for development, QA, and operations.
7. Proactively identify and address functional and non-functional risks / issues.
Hard Skills
1. 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager in production systems.
2. Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, design, development, coding, testing, and operations.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development processes, and tools (Git, JIRA, CI / CD).
4. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB).
5. Familiarity with APIs, testing frameworks, and system development processes.
