Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements :

  • Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination
  • Manage and maintain project documents
  • Schedule meetings and prepare minutes
  • Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims (Petty cash)
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between project teams
  • Assist in the preparation of project documents for submission
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Work Experience :

  • Minimum "N / O" level / Professional certificate
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
  • Good communication skills with all level
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fast learner, positive working attitude.
