Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements :
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Manage and maintain project documents
- Schedule meetings and prepare minutes
- Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims (Petty cash)
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between project teams
- Assist in the preparation of project documents for submission
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Work Experience :
Minimum "N / O" level / Professional certificateMinimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry or related industries.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organizedGood communication skills with all levelAble to work independently with minimum supervisionFast learner, positive working attitude.Tell employers what skills you have
