Combining medical expertise with creative digital storytelling, the clinic is expanding its presence across key social and e-commerce platforms — and we’re seeking a Digital Buyer to help accelerate this growth.

Role Overview

The Digital Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of beauty and lifestyle audiences, understands performance marketing metrics, and can translate creative visuals into measurable conversions.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in Singapore or those seeking to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to drive brand awareness, clinic traffic, and lead generation.
• Optimise ad performance through data‑driven decisions — analyzing results, adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to meet CPL / ROAS goals.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies to reach beauty‑interested audiences and convert them into consultations or appointments.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives reflect brand aesthetics and resonate with target segments.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates across all platforms to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, balancing performance and cost while maximizing ROI.
• Support influencer or KOL collaborations on TikTok and Xiaohongshu to amplify brand reach.
