1. Liaise with clients for the schedule and work method regarding maintenance activity

2. Preparing Pre-Documents (Method Statement & Drawing) and post-report (Service report) for the maintenance jobs

3.Coordinate with subcontractor for the maintenance jobs

4. Manage and Control sub-contractors and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat

5.Requirements :
