Adecco is partnering with a leading luxury logistics provider and we are hiring a Business Development Manager to join the business permanently The successful incumbent will be specializing in airfreight solutions for the luxury sector. This is a hunter role, focusing on developing new business with clients in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, fine art, and other premium industries, providing them with secure, efficient, and customized logistics services.

The Job :
Drive new business opportunities with luxury brands, retailers, boutiques, galleries, and related high-end clients.Offer tailored logistics solutions for time-sensitive and delicate luxury goods.Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximize revenue and retention.Track market trends and provide insights to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and luxury-focused forums.The Talent :
3-5+ years' experience in sales or account management within airfreight, logistics, or supply chain.Exposure to the luxury sector (e.g., fashion, jewelry, watches, art, or premium goods).Established client network or contacts within luxury retail or high-end industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Next Steps :
