Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calls, and sales visits.
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver persuasive and solutions-driven sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Participate in contract discussions and negotiate pricing with clients
- Provide competitive, value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare air freight quotations and coordinate with sea freight, warehousing, and road transport teams when needed.
- Liaise with overseas agents to track shipment movements and update clients promptly.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification with at least 5 years of sales experience in Air Freight, ideally within the freight forwarding industry.Highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a pleasant personality.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Interested candidates please apply online or send your latest CV to alex.fong@AlwaysHired.com.sg
