Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours

  • 8.45AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday)
  • 9.30AM - 12PM (Alternate Saturdays)

The Challenges

  • Handling Consol and Taobao shipments
  • Liaising with both consignees and oversees agents through multiple channels
  • Managing and tracking shipments effectively
  • Handle shipping documents to ensure smooth transition of shipments (BL, Airway Bill, Customs forms)
  • What it Takes

  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant freight forwarding / shipping experience
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with freight management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours when required to meet shipment deadlines
