Responsibilities

• In charge of overseeing the whole MRO Department
• Responsible in ensuring the operations meet the objectives and fulfiing the daily staffing needs.
• Taking charge of lead departmental meetings with production leads, planning & control, engineering
• In charge of conducting performance appraisals and development discussions with production leads, planning & control, engineering
• Responsible in developing and continuously improve the company production standard and standard documentation
• In charge of designing and implementing training and development programs
• In charge of developing KPIs for operational processes
