Executive (Projects)
Basic Salary : $3,200 to $3,500 + Car Allowance ($500) +
Petrol Card ($500) + Season Parking + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities
Managing, developing and motivating the Singapore sales
channels in order to achieve company objectives and
strategy.
Achievement of sales and profit
budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales
enquiries.
Identify new business opportunities
and oversee the successful development and launch of new product
initiatives.
Agreeing and setting pricing
levels and strategies in co-ordination with the
Management.
Ensuring a constant flow of new
business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing
business levels.
Deliver accurate sales and
budget forecasts.
Developing and implementing
annual business plans and updating them on a rolling monthly
basis.
Monitoring and reporting market trends
and competitor activity.
Responsive to both
external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution
of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional
manner.
Able to present to a group of multiple
decision makers in various segments.
Provide
market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and
necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at
headquarters.
Ensure the timely, proper and
adequate management reporting requirements as per corporate
expectations.
Ensure the proper and
appropriate representation of the company in all areas with regards
to dealing with customers, local government regulations, and
external
relations.
Job
Requirements : Relevant
project sales experience in building automation, entrance systems,
or industrial access solutions within the construction or related
industries
