Job descriptionMinimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification. No prior experience required — training will be provided. What You Can Expect Competitive base salary of $2,000 / month. Monthly commission payouts ranging from $1,000 to $6,000, based on performance. Additional performance bonuses. Prime office location with regular office hours — no weekends!
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Telesales team! You’ll be reaching out to existing customers via outbound calls to promote Unsecured Loan products.
If you have a strong interest in sales and want to grow in the financial services industry, no experience needed!
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to existing customers using provided leads.
- Promote and recommend unsecured loan products based on customers’ needs.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service during the sales process.
- Guide customers through application procedures, including the submission of income and supporting documents.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to earn attractive commissions and bonuses.
