Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Senior Sales Manager (Associate Practice Engagement Manager) to lead business growth in the areas of data transformation, analytics, cloud modernization, and AI across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in selling and managing large-scale data analytics, cloud transformation, and AI-driven projects , with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of data transformation, analytics, AI, and cloud modernization solutions.
• Identify client needs, define opportunities, and deliver tailored transformation strategies.
• Lead consultative sales engagements and present compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programs.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution of data and AI initiatives .
• Lead both reactive and proactive discussions with clients around Generative AI , especially Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Support strategic account growth through cross-selling opportunities and innovation-driven conversations.
