Roles & Responsibilities

Description :

  • Involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions
  • Handle recruitment function and payroll outsourcing company.
  • Responsible for application, renewal and cancelation of work pass.
  • In charge of onboarding of new hire.
  • Organize team building for employee.
  • Responsible for the daily expense(especially office and HR expense) reimbursement and record.
  • Office facilities improvement(Procurement for the office items, materials and others).
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements :

  • At least Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree. No requirements on discipline. An interest in electronics industry.
  • Strong experience at HR / Admin operation and logistics management; Familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to manage operational processes and business activities.
