Electrical Project Lead

Job Description

The Electrical Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects. This includes planning, coordination, execution, and delivery. As a strategic leader, you will manage stakeholders, lead electrician teams, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.

This role involves managing large-scale infrastructure or data center projects from concept to commissioning. You will be expected to chair project meetings, coordinate across disciplines, and drive the timely achievement of project milestones.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to budget, project timelines, and technical standards. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving key design submissions, reports, and deliverables.

In addition, you will oversee project documentation, variation orders, change management, and compliance with local authorities.

Mentorship and supervision are also essential aspects of this role. You will mentor and supervise engineering teams, promoting leadership, accountability, and high-quality output.

Finally, you will support business development activities such as proposals, bids, and strategic planning.
