Roles & Responsibilities

Core responsibilities

• Responsible for handling all application , renewal and cancellation of the work permit
• In charge the entire process from the recruitment, worker’s arrival until resignation / termination
• Worker’s home leave matters
• In charge of attendance, payroll & leave administration
• PPE, office administration matters
• Administer and verify overtime record
• Assisting in company event
• Assist in any other ad-hoc HR job as assigned
