Responsibilities
Ensure smooth flow of shipment, timely and accurate
preparation of shipping documents
Prepare full
set of export shipping documents - invoice, packing list, B / L,
certificate of origin, marine insurance certificate, other
industrial certificates
Custom permit
declarations for all export shipment and ensure compliance to all
government requirements
Liaise with internal
and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good flow of
information and updates
Apply pre-shipment
inspection when needed
Coordinate shipment
with local production and overseas suppliers
Ensure compliance to customer's standard operating
procedures
Monitor payments accordingly to
contractual payment term and company policy
Ensure all sales are timely posted for accounts monthly
closing
Requirements
Diploma and above in Logistics /
Supply Chain
At least 2 years of relevant
experience
Experience in negotiating export
L / C and handling collection bills will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills with ability to commit to
timelines
